Jalapeño Chicken Burger

When it comes to comfort food, there is nothing more I would like to have than a delicious burger. This recipe guarantees to have you the best experience on a movie night or on a lazy weekend. They are so so easy to make and comes out perfect every single time. So why wait to try it? Make it this weekend and enjoy!



Servings 4 Total Time 30min + 20 min Calories 386 kca (detail at the end)



Ingredients

ree

500 gm ground chicken

1/4 cup onion

1/4 cup parsley

1/4 cup bread crumps

4 cloves garlic

1 egg

1/2 lemon juice

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/8 tsp white pepper

1 1/4 tsp salt

1 Fresh Jalapeño

1 tbsp oil for frying


Dressing

1/2 cup sour cream*

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp lime juice

1/2 tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp pepper

1/8 tsp salt


For Assembly

1 big onion

salad leaves

Pickled jalapeños

4 burger buns

Method

  1. Finely chop onion, jalapeño and parsley.

  2. Add everything in the food processor including minced meat or mix with hand

  3. Pulse it until it comes together.

  4. Make 4 big patties according to the bun size.

  5. Now add a little oil in a pan. Shallow fry each side for about 8 minutes on medium heat.

  6. Warm up the buns on the pan.

  7. For the sauce, Combine all the ingredients.

  8. Slice the onions and tomatoes thinly.

  9. Assemble the burger by putting the sauce on lower bun and then put a slice of cheddar cheese. Place the chicken patty, then put more dressing on top of that. Place salad, onions, pickled jalapeños on top of that and an amazing chicken burger is ready to devour.

Notes

  1. *If the sour cream is not available, replace it with the yogurt.

  2. Using meat form the bones make it more moist.
