Are you ready to "cut some peaches"? If you love peaches, you are going to love this recipe so much. And if you are not, you are still going to want to eat it every evening with your tea or coffee. It is that good. I love making peach cobbler whenever they are in the season. And now it's time for you to make them.
Servings 8 Total Time 15min + 40 min Calories 265 kca (detail at the end)

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4-6 peaches
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
Method
Cut the slices of peaches.
Mix lemon juice, cinnamon and both sugar.
Mix them with the peach slices and keep aside.
Add all the dry ingredients and stir the mix.
In an 8 inch cake pan, put butter and melt in the baking oven.
Then add milk in the dry mixture and mix well.
Pour it over the butter. Don't mix at this point.
Arrange the slices of peach on top leaving some spaces in between.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 35-40 minutes.
Enjoy the delicious peach cobbler.
Notes
Do not mix the butter with the batter, just pour over it and you are good to go.
Leave some spaces between the slices in order to let the cobbler rise through them.
